(This service is based on bed bug chemical treatments - not heat treatments)
For customers who want the highest level of convenience and support, our Platinum Package is designed to handle not only the full preparation—but also the most stressful parts of the process before and after treatment.
This option includes everything in our standard Bed Bug Preparation Service, with additional services that reduce workload, improve efficiency, and help you transition back to normal living conditions once treatment is complete.
What’s Included (In Addition to Full Preparation)
🔥 Clothing Heat Treatment (Up to 3 Large Bags)
We will:
- Collect up to 3 large bags of clothing
- Transport items to a commercial laundry facility
- Run items through high-heat drying cycles (no washing)
- Return items to you within 48 hours of pickup
⚠️ Important Clothing Requirements
- We will ONLY heat treat clothing that is already considered clean
- This includes:
- Clothing stored in drawers
- Hanging items in closets
- Recently washed garments
❗ DO NOT provide dirty clothing for heat treatment
Dirty clothing must be:
- Properly washed first
- Then dried
Heat treatment alone is not a cleaning process
🧺 After Heat Treatment (Client Responsibility)
Once items are returned:
- Bags will be sealed and labeled
- Do NOT unseal bags unnecessarily
- If you must retrieve an item:
- Open briefly
- Remove item
- Immediately reseal the bag
👉 All treated clothing should remain sealed for the entire duration of your treatment period (typically up to 2 weeks or until all treatments are completed)

Our heat treatment process involves placing clothing into commercial dryers at high heat levels. While this is effective for eliminating bed bugs, it can have effects on certain materials.
By choosing this service, you acknowledge and understand the following:

- Extract or intensify existing odors in clothing
- Cause shrinkage in garments not typically dried
- Affect delicate fabrics or specialty materials
- Alter the fit or feel of certain items
❗ Important Considerations:
- Items that are normally air-dried or dry-cleaned may be affected
- Clothing that has been worn and not washed may produce odors when heated
- We do not sort or inspect garments for fabric type or care instructions

We are providing a heat process only, not garment care.
If you are unsure about an item:
👉 Do not include it in the heat treatment
🛋️ Post-Treatment Furniture Reset
After all treatments have been completed, we return to your home to help restore your space.
We will:
- Move heavy furniture back into place, including:
- Couches
- Dressers
- Entertainment centers
- Beds
⚠️ Reset Service Guidelines:
- Furniture will be placed back ONLY in its original location
- We do NOT rearrange or redesign spaces
- We do NOT unpack bags, boxes, or containers
- We do NOT rehang clothing or restock drawers
