What it is:
A flat-rate fee applied when a unit contains an excessive amount of belongings or clutter that significantly increases the time and labor required to properly prepare the space for treatment.

What’s included:

• Additional time spent organizing and managing large volumes of items
• Extra labor for bagging, sorting, and creating treatment access
• Increased effort to move and reposition items to meet preparation standards

When it applies:

• High volume of clothing, personal items, or storage throughout the unit
• Limited walking space or restricted access to key areas
• Excessive items in closets, bedrooms, or living areas
• Situations where standard preparation time is not sufficient

Important Notes:

• This is a flat-rate fee applied only when necessary
• Typically identified during the walk-through or initial assessment
• All pricing is discussed and approved before service begins
• No additional charges will be added without your consent
