Includes heat treatment for up to 3 large bags of clothing.
Important:

- ๐ Clothing is NOT separated by color, fabric, or category
- ๐ฆ Clothing is handled in a controlled manner to reduce risk of spreading bed bugs

This fee applies when a unit contains an excessive amount of belongings or clutter that significantly increases the time and labor required to properly prepare the space.

- ๐ถ Limited walking space or restricted access to treatment areas
- ๐๏ธ Overfilled closets, drawers, or storage areas
๐ง Important:
- This fee is only applied when necessary
- It will be clearly discussed before service begins
- No additional charges will be added without your approval
