Our service is designed to take the stress and guesswork out of the process. We physically prepare your unit according to standard treatment requirements, ensuring all necessary areas are accessible and ready for your pest control provider.

• Move furniture to allow proper treatment access to walls, baseboards, beds, and couches
• Empty closets and drawers as needed
• Bag and seal all clothing and bedding
• Properly label all sealed bags with clear instructions for handling

Scheduling & Walkthrough Requirement

Every unit is different. Because of this, all bed bug preparation services require a scheduled walkthrough before booking.

During the walkthrough, we assess:

• Unit size
• Level of clutter
• Volume of clothing and items
• Overall workload

This allows us to provide accurate pricing and ensure we can properly prepare your space.

Timing Matters

For best results, we recommend scheduling preparation 24–48 hours before your treatment date.

This ensures:

• Your preparation remains intact
• Items are not disturbed or reused
• Your unit stays ready for treatment

Preparing too early can lead to items being moved or reused, which may increase the risk of delays.

Important Guidelines

• All items will be bagged and sealed during preparation
• Bagged clothing and bedding should be taken to a laundry facility and washed and dried
• Drying is the most important step, as heat is what kills bed bugs
• After washing and drying, items should be placed back into clean bags
• All bags must remain sealed until after ALL treatments are completed (typically two visits)
• If items need to be removed from bags, do so quickly and reseal the bags immediately

Following these steps helps ensure the treatment is effective and reduces the risk of reinfestation.

• We do not perform pest control treatments
• We do not wash or dry clothing (with this service option)
• We do not remove trash or provide full cleanout services
• We do not return items to their original placement after treatment (with this service option)
